Terrible service, I would give negative stars if I could. The broker was incredibly rude and impolite, he made us feel like he was in a hurry or that he had better things to do, and he didn't know anything about the house so he couldn't answer any of our questions. He even admitted that he was discovering the house with us. I would never sell my house with them knowing that they don't give a sh*t about doing their job properly!

I had a conversation with very rude lady Maklaar who explained to me, that I am not the customer if I am the one looking for the house and basicly ending conversation with - do you want to see the house or not? She really spoiled my day and honestly, in tough market like it is now, agents behaving like kings - what a bad reputation. Luckily the next call with @Belvedere Makelaars - excellent!

Get used to entitled, lazy real estate agents that will do zero to keep you informed and sit and wait for the market to do its work. This agency did zero to keep us informed and said a lot of vague words to try to manipulate the price of the house. Avoid!

Very well guided from start to finish with the sale of our home. Clear agreements and explanations. We were even contacted outside office hours so that we could start the weekend relaxed. Our house was sold quickly for a good price. Compliments.
