They re-covered my balcony but then left all the rubbish on the roof above! When I found out by the neighbor across the street, Dennis said that it had been agreed (because they might also replace the roof in about 2 years, perhaps, this was still far from certain and only in a long time), which really isn't so was! For a year now, bits of bitumen and other waste have been blowing into our balconies and gardens and we have to wait for a big storm to blow away larger areas that can cause enormous damage! Dennis refused to comment further / finish the job. #unresponsible #worknotfinishing #never againallinrooftechnique
