I've never written a review myself, but this time I'm making an exception. November 2018 booked a vacation to the west coast of America. Had little real advice about possible destinations and no warning about routes that turned out to be closed during the period that we were going ... such things should be known and communicated by a travel agency. It is also very difficult that if you book your trip with one person, you cannot just be helped by another person who works in the same branch, which means that you are dependent on the working days / times of the person where you travel. when booking ... which are not spacious. However, vacation was top apart from 1 hotel. In a hurry in the night I searched for another hotel to spend the night. Arrived in the Netherlands it appears that D-travel could mean nothing to us, since we did not take pictures of the reason (cockroaches in bed is one of them) and we did not call the emergency number in the middle of the night ... unfortunately this case is ongoing since May and I have a hard head that this will be arranged or that I will get a message from d-travels at all .... They never contacted me once. We have repeatedly had to call them and visit them. In short, for an expensive trip that you have to save hard and long for, I will no longer go to d-trips.
