Because of all the brilliant reviews here we did a walk there along and were deeply diasppointed. No idea, why people think these breads have something to do with German Bread. And the worst: all offered breads were burned. Not to buy! Our recommendation for the owner: make a 3 year apprenticeship in Germany at a old-fashioned bakery and then come back and try it again.
