Disgusting!!! The employee dropped a loaf of bread on the floor, picked it up and put it with the other breads while laughing about it with the other employee. And as if that wasn't enough, they only used the food pincers when they offered the food items to the customers. All the other time they used their hands to move food from the food stand to the tray etc. We were sitting right next to their stand for quite some time. Also, the food sits next to the door in an open plastic bag before being put in the food window, no wonder it was dry like it's two days old. Sad because we were eating at Jordy's Bakery everytime we visited the Fenix Food Factory. Sunday 23/08 around 14:00 at the new location.
