Jose bakery

Jose's bakery has made two cakes for me so far and not only did they look exactly as I expected, they tasted delicious as well. Delivery was on time and the service very friendly. I would definitely recommend this bakery!

Don't believe the positive reviews! This is by far the worst treatment I have ever received from a case. Very rude and unprofessional people. The cake arrived damaged and without any packaging. According to the delivery person, this was easy to fix and started to clay the cake with her bare hands (after she had sneezed in!). The moment we indicated that we would not settle for this, she took the very damaged cake. Then they had the guts to charge the full amount for this. We are currently still working with a lawyer to assist us in this case. Don't let José ruin your party. They will swindle you, cheat you, and in a strange little voice claim that you should call customer service. Be warned!
