Slecht Kortingsbon werd niet geaccepteerd, de leidinggevende was niet aanwezig Personeel mocht er zelf niets mee doen Schoondochter ging ook mee Op internet stond een kortingsactie , maar personeel zei was vorige week ( volgens internet niet) Mijn handen waren vies , die kon je niet wassen bij BOB carwash Voor 21 euro zeker NIET tevreden Geen aanrader Intussen paar keer contact gehad De bon is overal geldig behalve IJsselmonde Er staat geen datum op en voor alle vestigingen Actie van internet , die begrijpen ze niet Handen wassen ??? In deze tijd zeker Nu willen ze bellen Bla Bla Bla

Nice car wash, car nice and clean after wash. I came there for the first time and didn't really know what there are now for different programs. Had to make a choice from a display at the entrance, everything went very quickly and did not have time to learn more about the options. Don't know now whether this was the right choice. You can also have the car cleaned or polished inside, but how that works is a mystery to me. After the car wash, you have to get out and look for a payment machine, which turned out to be on the vacuum cleaner square. After payment you can drive out, the barrier opens automatically on the license plate. It worked, but it was a bit of a maze experience.

It looks very nice, very busy, but the quality of the car wash itself was very disappointing to me and especially for that money. The rear window was filthy at the top and around the wiper, mirrors were also filthy and the car is not blown clean properly at all, so that water splashes can then be seen dried up along the side and on the hood. Doesn't look like much, so everything has to be done by hand. What has been done well is the interior on the tire, but they could also have included the rear window and mirrors. I have put credit on my laundry pass, but I will see if I can reclaim this and wash it again with my hand from now on

1st time at Bob ... heard a lot from family who visited other branches. Took the Proteqt with Social deal. The car is kind of a station and the tailgate is still dirty, so quite disappointing. Standard spots that never get clean such as under door handles, side mirrors not completely clean, but the tailgate around the openings was still clearly dirty. I don't even have this at a petrol station with a fixed car wash. Usually when I go through such a trek street the result is gwn completely good .... or could it have been due to snow ... no idea. Still think about whether we will go next x ....
