FRAUD/ Betrug!!!!! DONT BOOK THIS HOTEL IF YOU DONT WANNA LOSE MONEY!!!! The hotel kept my 100 € deposit and said that they refund the amount in cash to me” I paid 100€ deposit via credit card at the check-in which I did not received back at the check out after a few weeks I checked my Banking Account and saw that they still not refund me my money. So I contacted the hotel and pleased them to transfer the ammount . First they ignored me after I contacted them again, they said that they gave it cash to me when I checked out. I told them that they did not. I was with friends and they also confirmed me that they did not refund me the 100€. The hotel director refused to give me my Money, he said again that they gave it to me in cash. So I asked for a receipt with a signature of mine as well as I asked them to check the cameras at the recetpion… Answer: Cameras were not working that day and of course I never received a receipt with my signature! The hotel ignored my further mails.. I traveled a lot in my life but this never happened to me! DONT BOOK THIS HOTEL IF YOU DONT WANNA LOSE MONEY!!!!

VERMIJDEN/AVOID I booked this hotel for my son he showed up 20min after booking it and they left him outside, without money or battery on his phone. SCAMMERS. REPORTED TO THE POLICE

Nice place to stay nothing more, but really nice breakfast

Good location near the city centre. Rooms are small and the beds are so soft that you can't even move in them. Nice bathroom. No air conditioning! Breakfast was totally fine and staff was very friendly and helpful. Parking garage is a 5 min. walk and is 11€ per day. All in all I can recommend this hotel for a short stay in Rotterdam.

The whole hotel is very dilapidated, I cannot recommend it at all! The stairs to the rooms are extremely dangerous!
