I had a tour booked at 8pm a team member shows up at 8.30pm and explains his colleague is busy it will be another 10 minutes, not wanting to come again I wait. The colleague comes by 10 minutes later and explains its so busy do we want to reschedule, I repeat no because I have already waited 40 minutes, he says yeah but I cant even show you the whole gym I'm so busy. It was clear he didn't want us to stay. I said fine and left. No apology, no acknowledgment nothing! I made the appointment online I didn't just show up, I felt the staff were very rude and didn't care that I was sitting there waiting on them for all that time.
Excellent gym, all modern equipment and many different classes throughout the day. Has a large swimming pool, and good squash courts with weekly lessons. Everything is included in the subscription price. Although fairly expensive per month, well worth the money. The views over the city are breathtaking.
ENRAGED. MISLED EVEN DURING 1ST VISIT. I decided to visit the facility in Rotterdam Centrum before I signed up for the "14 day free trial promotion". Come end of the visit they say I can't do the trial because my name is now in the system because I just did the visit. And the manager can't do anything about it. (This after I'd previously voiced my concerns about so many bad reviews about misleading terms and conditions.) Needless to say I did not sign up. BAD TASTE IN THE MOUTH BEFORE I SIGN UP.
