Camperkampeerplaats Venlo

Great little spot. Level, grassy ground. Has everything you need for 10,- EUR a night plus tax (2,- EUR). Good connection to Venlo / German border. It has all standard aminities included in the price like: fresh water, gray water, chemical toilet and trash disposal, even WiFi. I'd say it's laid out for about 12 RV's of any size (beyond 8 meter) but in a pinch you could fit more in. It's on the back lot of a greenhouse and the owners come around each night and ask if you have everything you need and if everything is ok. Besides that it is "unmanned," it's open 24/7 and you pay by honor system by leaving cash in an envelope in a locked box when you leave. It is fenced in with a gate and has video surveillance. Does not have facilities like: showers, toilets, hot water, dish washing station but I didn't feel like I was missing anything. I parked my RV there and rode my bike to many things in the area (great infrastructure) like a mall, other stores, home depot, restaurants, beach park, the river, outdoor pools, etc. Came home to shower and eat and watch some Netflix and go to sleep. It was exactly what I needed. Will visit again soon. 4 stars because it completely lives up to what it promises, however the street can be a bit loud even at night; one may want to park on the left side when arriving. That may be somewhat more quiet. Besides that, great little place !
