Do not buy tickets here unless you want to pay more, make a big mistake (do not pick up their own administration), making the customer the victim of this (time & financial). How do they react to this, as if their nose bleeds. Dealing with people who are not familiar with the internet and who decide to buy their tickets through a travel agency .. piece of professionalism, piece of integrity, enthusiasm ... self-reflection .... far to be found here, 1word: shrinking toes!
