B.A.S. Travel

I wouldn't advise this travel for anyone. Few years ago, we booked a trip to India with this travels. They have given us the tickets for the whole trip at the Travels. But one of the connecting flight wasn't booked properly, which we come to know later. There, we have to buy tickets on the spot. I had to wait for several hours to arrange the new tickets again. When reported upon our return to Netherlands, The BAS travels gentleman told us that he will consult the flight company and arrange the money back. He did consult the flight and informed us that he has received money from the flight company. But he never returned us the money back. Whenever we call to him for money he speaks so nice, he wants us to book with his travels company again so that he can substract the money. After repeated calls, we gave up consulting him. How can i book again from a Travels who don't book properly.

Good for travel and tourism

Terrible tour company !!! On arrival our hotel turned out not to be booked, we were mixed with single trips, while we had only booked a youth trip. No tour guides as promised, only two boys who were asked 3 days in advance to go with the same age as we were (19 and 20 years). Nothing further to Christianity, no moments of silence and the boys were just dropped in our bedroom (which was strictly forbidden). In addition, we had booked a benefit package in advance, but this was never arranged and we have therefore lost 100 euros. It is a pity that a "Christian" organization radiates nothing of honesty and keeps promises, we never got back the money that was promised. So fat scraper !!!

I went on this trip for 10 days, I had a great holiday, but only because we had a very nice group and other organizations that were there also wanted to help us with everything! Bastravel has done nothing for us this trip. We arrived and there was a lack of clarity about the tour guide and it turned out that we didn't have it at all, it wasn't that we could communicate well with the people from Bastravel so we had to see for ourselves how we were going to do it. Thanks to Labyrinth / Millipede and a boy from the group, who sacrificed his vacation to replace the tour leader, we had a great vacation if they had not been there it would have been a chaotic vacation of nothing! Thanks to these people and the group of young people that made it a successful holiday!
