Hotel de Lis

I don't even want to give this place one star. After I was forced to cancel my booking due to the pandemic, they were so selfish and refused any refund or even credit.The option of free cancellation dates were prior to my booking date and therefore pointless. Of 5 families travelling to Amsterdam from Australia, this is the only provider who did not offer anything. When I go back to Amsterdam, I will most definitely not go to Hotel de Lis and will advise all of my travvelling group not to go near them. Good luck.

This place is so small. And we couldn’t stay long time. You need to push for everything Staff is very welcoming. Breakfast is ok. Room service is normal don’t expect much.

Decent rooms but bedding has to be improved. Sleep was uncomfortable.

Clean modern rooms for cheap and nice design in general, friendly staff, and the location is perfect, right in the middle of the beautiful town Lisse and close to some wonderful nature such as Keukenhof. Absolutely worth staying there.

One of the most perfect little cozy hotels, I must say. One of the best check-in experience. Manager is such a nice person. Maybe he is the owner. Lovely place
