You will immediately feel at ease in the homely atmosphere of the studio. Karen is very professional and has a very nice way of teaching. It also ensures that you perform the exercises correctly. I don't normally like the group lessons but I always look forward to this!

Very nice atmosphere. Small-scale so you get enough attention and there is enough attention to explain the exercises well. And to finish off with a cup of tea, so that there is still a nice chat. Super satisfied!

Pilates "tailor-made" through good personal guidance and small groups, just take a trial lesson and try this studio, highly recommended.

Now I had 5 lessons and I am very satisfied. Nice, clean studio and the atmosphere is great. The exercises are clearly explained and I immediately felt welcome.
