FunFit is a nice gym for young and old. Good guidance during personal training.
I am happy to recommend FunFit in Lisse or Mark van Marrewijk. Mark is a sports coach who understands his profession. I have experienced this myself. Last year I realized that, among other things, I wanted to become fitter because of my profession, furniture maker. But then you have to take the first step, what are you going to do and how. Until I met Mark, a pleasant and accessible sports coach who accompanies me. As a result, I feel fitter and healthier and can therefore perform better in my work.
Personal guidance is central here. Mark makes sure you get everything out of yourself and go home satisfied. Both with personal training and with boot camps. Everything happened with a smile. Highly recommended to combine sport and fun.
