Terribly bad office! Very bad communication and very unprofessional spoken to by Mr. Ron Sengers. It was a simple deed of delivery of a house that was not paid attention to until the last moment. Never received an excuse. Final payment to me as a seller also took longer than legally permitted and only effected after a phone call from me. I hope I never have to deal with this office again, terrible.

I was looking for a deed of easement. During my first telephone conversation, it was indicated that they only give quotes by email. Understandable so I sent an email. After waiting more than a month, I called again to see how things were going. The lady on the phone indicated that the notary is making the offers and that mine may have been interrupted. If I wanted to send the email again, she would ensure that he was treated equally. But unfortunately you still guessed it 2 weeks later. Apparently, business is going so well that they don't need additional customers. I personally think this is very bad communication for a notary !!!

Professional and clear advice. In addition, a sympathetic and personal approach. After my father passed away, I had a number of questions and these were answered well and quickly by notary de Niet. He was even aware of the contents of the notarial documents prepared by my parents and remembered them. I would heartily recommend this notary.
