The communication between trader and customer did not go as expected, in my experience they were difficult to reach. If you want to make an appointment, please do this by email so that everything is black and white. I brought my car away to plastidip my roof. This has turned black, but is full of stains. Due to the taping, there were still places where plastidip was (which was not supposed to be) I had to inform him as a customer myself. Fortunately, he removed this on the spot.

The car was like new again

Does not comply with agreement made regarding treatment. Appointment was to wash and polish the outside, clean the inside of the upholstery. The outside was washed and polished, not completely rubbed in some places. Roof is sprayed clean but not polished. Inside lining not completely cleaned. It is a camper. The company wanted to find a solution, but if it's not right the first time, it won't be anything the second time. I do not recommend the company.
