Rens motivates me to the maximum during every session with his words and physical appearance. Technology and implementation are the common thread. He focuses professionally on my strengths and after this became routine, I automatically started working on my weaknesses. For me this was nutrition and condition. The condition was quickly restored, nutrition remained a problem. After a good explanation and research into other products that I can use, I managed to gain 4 kilos. I am much more energetic, sleep better and my posture and back are a lot stronger. My self-confidence has also received a huge boost. Especially when I look at my before and after photos or just stand in front of the mirror, I am proud of what I have achieved and that feeling continues to motivate you.
