Not enough people to handle Post. 30 minutes after I was making a queue and the employee inform us they wont do package with track and trace " because take more time". I make the queue the same as the other one so is fair to give the service.

All good but a real shame they are open but don't offer the chance to pick up your parcel on a Sunday. I can't understand that.

Mostly I went there to pick up some packages from post office. Or send some post also. I found the ladies are the must serviable but the young boy are there just for sell.

What a pathetic little shop, pathetic service, don't bother if you are not fluent in Dutch, unfortunately it is the closest NL delivery, I AVOID IT AT ALL COSTS, have seen more friendly service, try send your employees on a Customer Care course. I don't think they have a clue what a customer actually is!
