Race and Age discrimination runs everyday here, all facilitation personel are outsourced paid under the minimum wages (Dutch Law), all white people are paid a minimum of 3000 gross a month, all brown, black are paid 1500 gross a month. They prefer to pay more to an outsourcing company than give the person a fixed contract. I read a lot of bad customer service, that because they are temps working under minimum wages (Dutch Law) with no means to further them selfes. An ex worker.
