The place is conveniently located pretty close to the station and is easy to find. Fairly decent collection, expansion underway. Extremely helpful and friendly staff make the experience worth the while.

They are always very friendly and service minded. I bought an e reader from Kobo in January and the battery was nit working well. The employee at Coolblue was really helpful. So friendly and really understand my problem with my e reader. He exchanged it to a new reader. The problem has been solved. Thanks for the service.

I actually like this store much more than the first competitor. It has nice employees, the prices are better, and the entire experience it feels different. Usually I buy from their online store, but I still prefer to ask for the advice in the shop because I enjoy the great service.
