worst customer service EVER no update on order, no nothing and when calling them you can only talk to a robot who doesn't understand, no option for english. stressed me out a lot
I like apple. I don't like one or two of the high nosed staff here. No one appreciates store operators that act like the Queen of England, irregardless of product, you are still staff ok.
Absolute disappointment! Avoid! They do not answer the phone, endless waiting for the arrogant 'customer service'. It takes more than a month to solve a problem I need help with. Apple seems happy to sell hardware and that's where the service stops.
