The best gym I’ve ever joined. The classes are challenging and very effective! I also love how the trainers motivate you constantly and spread a lot of positive energy. If you are looking for an empowering gym, FitQueens is the place to be.
A lovely and inspiring community of Queens!! As one of the (amazing) trainers, it is a pleasure to coach & teach and see these amazing queens grow within their confidence.
Also want to note: the first time i ever stepped inside FQ House, i immediately felt welcome and at home (which i have never felt before in any other gym). It's such a vibrant place and all the plantbabies make it even better! A wholesome place to get your workout in and be part of an amazing community.
FitQueens group workouts are perfect if you are looking for short but effective workouts! I love the diverse selection of classes and support from the fellow queens!
They perfectly and quickly accommodated to the current circumstances. I especially love the stretching class, wish it was more tines per week!
FitQueens is the perfect spot to get fit and feel at home at the same time. It's a great environment with women only (ofcourse) and I definitely recommend the personal training! Shirley (the owner) has been helping me so much during my fit journey and also cares about your emotional well being. She is the best =)!
