For a starting company, with limited resources, they are providing great resources. Of course the documents always need customising but it is such an incredible help to start with.
They are just greedy and unprofessional. DON’T make any gratis account, they will just take your money as soon as the gratis period is over and never give it back.
STAY AWAY
If you need to download a document, just take the time to copy the text in word.
Or take screenshots and use a free OCR (optical character recognition) that you can find online.

This company is a scam. They try to take your money without you noticing it and don't even care about their clients. They promise a service they can't provide and take your money for it.
I was searching on Google for a privacy policy for my website, and Rocket Lawyer was the top result through an ad. Unlike other websites who offer the same services, Rocket Lawyer had a nice and user-friendly interface.
It was not clear to me what the pricing was only until after filling in all my details. I was kind of worried to see high prices but I was happy to see a possibility to have a free option as well. You have to provide payment details, but after you downloaded your document, it is every easy to cancel the subscription without money being charged.
This service helped me a lot and I will definitely use in the future!
