I can enjoy major downpours after ensuring that my dakkapel roof and dakgoot are in order. I am very pleased with their work.

During a heavy downpour it rained just as hard inside as outside, so I called Glenn. He understood that there was a hurry and was quickly at the door. He gave me a solution to easily repair it myself and if that didn't work then I had to call again. Great that they think along with you and that nothing has even been charged !!

Roof outlet garage seemed to be leaking and should be replaced. In the end turned out not to be the case. Have roof consulted. So a new layer over the existing roof covering. Work is done neatly. The not replaced roof outlet has been neatly deducted from the bill. Only let down was the long wait before the job was done. Came because of the holiday and the enormous crowds.

Glenn communicates quickly and clearly. This helps to make an appointment. He quickly understood what the problem was and resolved it quickly and professionally. I also thought the invoice was not that bad. Overall good experience!
