Nice hotel, old grandeur but in the new rooms the bathrooms are ridiculous small. Not worth the price at this point. Furthermore you cannot open the window and close the curtains at the same time. The rails come down. And that's not in one room but in several rooms. The are not mounted correct.
Well positioned for the centre of Groningen, surrounded by nice bars and restaurants. Hotel bar and restaurant looks good although didn’t make use of it myself.
Nice staff and clean rooms. Nothing to complain about :)
The room was small but just big enough. Same for the bathroom. But clean and comfortable. The service is great and the cafe and restaurant are very good. I'm a fan!
The hotel was very nice, close to city center and the train station. My room was small, but adequate for just one person. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good, with both sweet and salty foods, plus tea and coffee. Only drawback, upon arrival the room was quite cold, I had to turn on the heater manually. Luckily I arrived in the afternoon, otherwise I wouldn't have been able to sleep there.
