I always have good experiences at Alvaro Gonzalez del Rio Diaz de Alda. He listens to you and explains what treatment he is going to perform. He gives good advice and is very knowledgeable. He reassures you and takes his time. He also takes his time with my children and is calm. I also find the administrative staff and assistants all equally friendly. Definitely a dentist to recommend.

The care is professional, but the patient experience is very poor: - Bills are marked as standard (must always call at the end for a correction). - Time is spent by the dental hygienist on unsolicited promotion for Oral-B toothbrushes, and that time is subsequently also charged. - Contrary to the dentists I visited before, Cor Vink notices something that requires extra treatment at every visit. - He dismisses simple questions about my teeth with "you should google that, I don't teach here". Because of these experiences I now go to Dental Clinics with an unpleasant feeling. Sin!

After almost 25 years switched to a different dentist. I have experienced Dental Clinics Montfoort as messy and often ignorant. Twice it went wrong with an appointment; I would have turned up late at one appointment and at another appointment they did not know of my arrival. Administratively and in terms of customer-friendliness, it comes across as very unprofessional. To top it all off, one dentist wanted to pull a molar while another said it was not necessary. That was the salvation of my tooth.

Good experience over the years, friendly staff and clear about treatments and costs. Overall rating of 3 stars is too little for this practice.
