They are great! I just moved to Vleuten and I needed to go to a dentist. They did everything very quickly and efficiently!

Very bad and extremely disappointing experiences, Customer-friendliness is hard to find, especially with Ms Drooglever herself. The way of treating customers is even to the point of rude. I myself am absolutely of the opinion that it is very important that we all do our part to make sure that we get under control as soon as possible this bad time that we all find ourselves in. And observe the Corona measures because we as a society have to do this together! This is neatly arranged here as it should. Clear instructions by telephone in advance and again on a sign at the door where, like government regulations, a disinfection pump is also placed before you enter the practice and again before entering the treatment room, which is also indicated on a sign to disinfect your hands again before entering the treatment room. Obviously this was done directly from myself. However, this was not noticed by Mrs. Droogleever and ordered said in a very strict and derogatory tone “disinfect your hands! “Whereupon I indicated that I had already done this but of course wanted to do it again, and did this immediately. I had taken off my glasses because they fogged up with a mouth cap and held them in my hand. I was asked what I had in my hands and indicated that these were my glasses. To which I was commanded in an extremely unkind way “put it in your pocket! “ As everyone sometimes does not have their day and we certainly have to show some tolerance for each other in these times, despite the nasty derogatory tone, we immediately responded to this. I tried to joke around this uncanny situation and thereby implicitly indicate that it is not really customer friendly to order your patients like that. I did this by asking if I could sit on the treatment chair. To which I resolutely and also in a nasty hard tone “no! As an answer was given. Whereupon the extremely friendly paro prevention assistant Anette from the other room still smilingly indicated “yes she is very strict”. I had the strong impression that she also found the manner of her colleague inappropriate. It was very nice that this was also noticed by her. Immediately after it was indicated that I was not allowed to take a seat on the treatment chair, I could strictly say yes now you can sit down! Which made me even more puzzled by the reason's authoritarian tone. During my last check-up, Mrs. Droogleveer was diagnosed with periodontitis, and I was referred to have it treated. However, these quite substantial costs are not reimbursed, and it was indicated that the chance of success of this treatment was about 40/60%. I searched through Google for alternatives with a possibly greater success rate. It was advised to structurally treat this 3 times a day with a special mouth gel, which could also be remedied. Since the chance of success of the treatment is very small given the costs a 1300, - I first wanted to try this way. And after 3 months it was also resolved. I was told that I had not done anything with the referral on which I had explained to her that I had just bought a house and had a child and that the costs were quite high compared to the success rate. I have tried it myself before starting the treatment. I was bitten on this "yes everyone is a doctor at birth" I also kindly laughed off these nasty comments and took it as a joke and asked if it had helped as I no longer suffer from it. She couldn't help but agree. I had tartar that had to be removed for which a new appointment was scheduled and it was written on a card for me. I wished her a good day, but a rude tone commanded me card in your pocket! Never been treated so rude before! The practice is also very dingy, the pieces of dust lie in the corners and the equipment is very outdated.
