Have been going to this practice with the entire family for many years and always come back from it cheerfully.
Ridiculous practice !! where everything is about money. I called to make an appointment for my husband who may have stayed home from work twice in 10 years and even before the complaints were asked they already asked for dental insurance !! But when we asked if we could just put € 500 on the table, she suddenly had to deliberate.
They were incredibly difficult about scheduling an appointment because he wouldn't have been there for a long time. apparently you can only make an appointment if you faithfully replenish them every 6 months, otherwise there is no place how devastated you are in pain. Scandalous practice !!
we called another practice and were able to come today ... first question there; what are the complaints. That is a dental practice. You are not a dentist for money but for people !!!!
