I received a terrible and heartless service here which was painful and an absolute nightmare. The dentist used the wrong glue on my temporary long-term bridge which he had to scrape off my abraded teeth to again put the right glue on in order to secure the bridge. The pain was unbelievable as due to his mistake I had to undergo the cleaning and scraping procedure twice. On top of that, he used some acid to clean my teeth before putting the right glue on. And I can tell you; this was pain from hell. The absolute worst was, however, that no one cared. The receptionist, the nurse and the doctor were all utterly useless and not comforting at all. And even after the dentist finally put the bridge back in, it became loose after a couple of days. I had to fly to England to see a real dentist because I was so scared, and he told me that the bridge wasn't even put back correctly and that the dentist did NOT cover the bridge entirely with glue. How unprofessional and incompetent. I was looking for a kind and humane dentist practice that I can trust, this one I will certainly avoid.

I totally disagree with what some people write about the negativity of Dental Clinics Oudenoord. Of course it is all personal experience and my experience is absolutely AMAZING! I had groaning pain after it was found that I had to undergo a root canal treatment and after 1 call everything was arranged. I could pass by the day after and instead of starting the treatment, they helped me from 3 sleepless nights in an hour and a half by finishing the treatment in one go. thank you again Christopher and assistant and of course Anneke from the front desk! Excellent dental hygienist (Milou) and excellent dentist (Christoffer) and assistant. Very professional, involved, nice and they take you through every step of the process. Pain-free treatment that you can enjoy for years. A big compliment for your practice and thanks for the great service!
