Does not listen to his clients which is very frustrating and you have to come back more often which costs extra money and time.

Helped so well by dentist Kooistra and the other staff. Has my teeth fixed and I get compliments about it almost daily. A professional who does his job well with a lot of passion. Now only for maintenance twice a year at the dental hygienist and check-up at the dentist. I am very satisfied!

Recently visited the dentist. Very friendly people. Modern practice. Helped very well. In short, real and recommended.

Poor communication with the patient regarding costs. I was told that my complete prosthesis and the associated treatment would be reimbursed by my health insurance policy. Outlines my surprise that I still have to pay 500 euros myself. If I had known that in advance I would have had my partial prosthesis repaired and it would have been cheaper and with fewer problems. I can't have my current prosthesis with food in even when I glue it. According to this dentist must be filled up again with an additional 60 euros. Is too crazy for words.

Although the dentists can pass the basic friendliness test, they don't explain anything and only see you as one thing as a person. Give stupid suggestions like "is your splint broken? Then stick a chewing gum on it so that it does not sting your cheek, we will see you in two weeks". Do not take the time to properly evaluate and are arrogant. If you are looking for a good dentist, I would look a little further.
