I have bought 9 ffp2 masks through Amazon. They should have arrived last week. I wrote to the seller Directfactory-nl and they don't answer or refund the money. All buyers say the same.

USB stick purchased from the partner of BOL.COM namely DirectFactory.nl. The USB stick that I originally ordered was apparently no longer available so they sent me an inferior USB stick with a discount coupon attached. However, I was not set up with this since the USB stick was completely different in terms of specs from those I originally had ordered and the discount voucher that came with it didn't even work! For this reason I tried to contact the customer service of Directfactory to return it, but after a few emails I was not allowed to receive a reply and in fact I had had enough of which I decided to put the USB stick in anyway. to use. Unfortunately the USB stick did not work when I took it out of the package, 0kb of space available while it should be a 128gb .. I requested a return on Thursday 23/05 at BOL.com since the item never worked . To my great surprise, however, on Sunday I received an e-mail stating that the item cannot be returned ... so apparently I am not entitled to a (legal?) Guarantee as a consumer ...

Order placed for a telephone protection glass plate. Would be shipped within two days. Received nothing. Then they called, they indicated that it should be lost in the mail. Would resend the same day. Week later still not received. The telephone number on their website has now also been removed. Speaking of scams perhaps (?)

Order would be delivered the next day but this was finally a week later. Now I even get a message that they do not want to take the item back because the 30-day period has been exceeded. Was returned after 2 weeks. Multiple emails sent. Never response. NOT RECOMMENDED!!!

Good website Good website, large selection, good price .. delivery times do not follow. Directfactory is fantastic in itself. Large selection of articles, the majority of which can be delivered the next day. Because I order quite a bit throughout the year, I went for the Directfactory select to be able to deliver even by appointment or in the evening. That service is really miserable. So far I have not been able to order any article where this applied. Only the day after. Directfactory support is good. Friendly staff and find out what goes wrong with your order. Compensations also always ok. But if you order something 5 times, and 3 times of that your order is a day late, do something with it. Do not make promises that cannot always be kept. Customers also ensure that they are at home so that they can accept the package. If you do not see a courier appearing in the evening .... Do something with those deliveries because it is really on the verge to order elsewhere. Everything else is fine! The customer service is top! There may be something with the articles (most of the time not normally) but then they are honest and they give you your money back or they send it again and you can keep it anyway. It may be that it takes a long time and they have let it know too late and it was very difficult but now I see during the holidays that they now add it when it does come, much better that way! They always help you out by calling and mailing; This has always been positive for me. So I always keep coming back to buy at directfactory.nl!
