Brought laptop in mid-July. intake was fine. Forecast repair costs were also very good. nice gentleman behind the counter. A plug had to be ordered for the repair, with a delivery time of approximately one week. called in mid-August, but nothing had happened yet. the vacation was over, so the laptop was needed again! I could pick up the laptop again until the plug would be delivered. upon arrival the laptop was on the floor, completely covered with dust. when picking up the appointment that we would be contacted when the plug would be in. now more than 2 months later.

Just bought an action camera, take it out of the box. The whole screen under the scratches. And the entrance of the mirco sd card is broken.
