Bad experiences with this company. Mouse bought because of the ergonomics and size but the connection was always lost. Went back and got another one. Upon returning home it turned out that it was not recognized at all by my HP Elitebook. Went back and asked for the purchase amount. Policy: We do not give any money back. Not even after insisting and pointing out that they are defective products. In the end I chose a different brand of mouse, but it was not my preference, but there was nothing else .. When I returned home we searched the internet for cheap Chinese mice that you can order at DHgate for 8.5 Dollars while they have dry eyes. 25 euros for daring to ask .. In short: Expensive, poor service and no responsibility when delivering defective products. The mouse was purchased at the branch in Linschoten but it will not be better at the branch in Woerden.
