Installation company that does not want to do maintenance on installations that they have installed themselves. In the 2.5 years that we have lived in our new-build home, we have had problems several times with the heat pump that got clogged because no magnetic filter was installed. Asked to install one and they wouldn't do that. Also problems with the underfloor heating. These problems occur in several homes in the relevant new construction project. We also do not receive a warranty on the pump, although the last replacement was less than 2 years ago. But the most surprising is that they have indicated that we should look elsewhere for maintenance while Blankestijn is also a maintenance company.

Good business ! Leakage of water pipe in the basement screed. Have a new hot water pipe installed today, nicely done. Helped quickly by a professional technician. Thanks.
