Very dishonest and without any ethics! Don’t trust them even after you have a deal with them. They will turn back on the deal even with the purchase agreement is already being done and you have already spend time and money on financial advisor service! Definitely the worse broker you can deal with!

What a great broker Ted is. Fantastic help. Accessible, reliable and fast. What more could you want from a broker? For the possible purchase of our home, we have spoken to various real estate offices in the area. Ted came to our home complete, distinctive, and very prepared. This immediately gave a very good feeling from day 1. After consultation and signing the contract, a Whatsapp group app was immediately started up for quick contact with Ted, employees at the office and us. We immediately received an email from every home in our search area. This also applies to houses that are not yet on Funda. Visited three houses led by Ted. Ted is critical, realistic and has a clear idea of ​​what the customer wants. Ultimately, we did not use the purchase service because of purchase new construction. This was a possibility in advance and discussed with us in that way. We were aware that we would then lose our starting rate. For the work that Ted and his team have carried out, we have absolutely no 'money waste' feeling left. We believe this amount is realistic for the work that has been done. For the sale of our current home, we will certainly still be on the line with April real estate agents!
