Despite the unpleasant situation we were in when the run-up to the sale started, we received fantastic help. Estate agent is very well informed about the market (in Hoograven / Tolsteeg) in Utrecht and knows exactly what, when and how. Everything was possible and if I couldn't find 'something' there was always help! House sold within two weeks after it appeared on funda, for a very nice amount !!! Also plenty of tips and help with the purchase of the new apartment. Meanwhile, peace has returned and mum will soon be able to enjoy her new home. Thank you very much 👍

Do not keep appointments. We were promised that we would easily get a new home through them. He would arrange it. We did not have to buy a new home, otherwise we would have double monthly payments. We stood on the street with the whole family because the house had suddenly been sold. In any case, he quickly wanted to drop the price of the house. With another broker, we probably could have sold it even better. Ultimately no home, on the street, hotels, mother-in-law must stay all by him. In all distress and panic contacted by phone to explain the seriousness of the situation if he could please keep his promise, in vain. Never heard from him again. Packed our money and we were able to suffocate for the rest. Visitors at the open house afternoon had already warned that they didn't like him. Unfortunately we had to experience it ourselves. Absolute recommendation! Do you know who will keep their word? In Nieuwegein Gevaerts! Very professional just arrange another house for you. Now only had misery in our life because of this situation and despite the fact that he knows the situation no help was offered. Simply outrageous!

During our search for a first owner-occupied home, we were excellently guided by Dennis as a purchasing agent. Dennis is knowledgeable, knows the market well, switches quickly and was pleasant to talk to. We therefore wholeheartedly recommend Blauwe Eijk Makelaardij.

The contact with the broker was very pleasant. We were in a hurry to sell our new house and they took this into account. My wife and I had a whatsapp group with our broker and when we had a question she always responded very quickly, even in the evening or on the weekend. I can recommend De Blauwe Eik to everyone.

I definitely do not recommend this broker. Unreliable, customer-unfriendly, poor performance, no respect for customers, etc, etc. Because I have lodged an internal complaint with them, they have closed my account (Detail: without consultation!). Scandal! Just unprofessional or childish? Think about it. Too bad I have to give at least 1 star, otherwise I would not give any star!
