I ordered an item in October 2017 that would be in stock according to the Camping Equipment website. A few days later I received an email that this turned out not to be the case and that it was Nov. 3. would be delivered. Nov. 16 received nothing and sent an email where the item stays. Receive Nov. 17 message that item will be delivered a week later. Nov. 24 I receive a message that delivery has been postponed again to early December. Dec. 1 I receive a message that delivery has been postponed again to Dec. 15. Decided to cancel the order. Went to a competitor and delivered the same item within 1 working day. Furthermore, friendly people and good response to mail correspondence.

Fast delivery, friendly people and clear communication. I also found that a product was not in stock. Was told the same day and could cancel this free of charge.
