Small but friendly
Excellent service despite the setback of the corona measures, you will be neatly helped with mail and package, respect
I the store itself as the store that always loses packages. I spoke to the manager about that, which only makes my image more negative (no desire at all to improve).
The reason for this review, however, is my 10 year old son. He received a Donald Duck pocket from Sinterklaas, but it turned out to have it. He went back to the Primera (neatly packaged in the original plastic), but he couldn't trade it because there was now a new Donald Duck pocket, and the Primera didn't want to be loaded with an older one.
My son went "hoping for blessing" with his Donald Duck pocket under his arm to "Kees bookstore" in Vleuterweide, indicated that he had not bought it there but would still like to exchange it. Without a doubt, they indicated that he could exchange it for another. For me it is only a few minutes extra travel to Kees in Vleuterweide, so in the Primera they only see me for the umpteenth time not being able to explain why my package is not where it should be.
Very customer unfriendly, especially when you bring parcels. Always whining there. Very pedantic tone of speech too. Scandalous!!!
