After reading all those positive reactions I started calling mr Both. But to my great surprise, I found this absolutely not helpful! I've never been truncated by the phone before than by this gentleman. I explained the situation (briefly) and was hoping for any advice on what to do or not to do, or at least a decent answer. Mr Both lives up to his name and was actually blunt, and gave the following answer: "I am currently working on other pieces, do you want to look elsewhere?" I find this very unprofessional and absolutely no way to to speak to someone.

Koen Both has helped us very well in handling our usury policy. He took plenty of time during the first interview to explain what the different options were. He ensured that the pros and cons, costs and differences in possible lead time were discussed in detail. He can easily explain complex legal principles. He kept us well and extensively informed about the progress and the various choices that had to be made. Communication to the counterparty seemed respectful, polite and decisive to me.
