We got some great mini's printed by MiniPrinten! High-quality stuff, easy to order based on a design made with HeroForge. When I picked up the mini's in person, I got a detailed walkthrough of the printing process.
They could improve their communication slightly, as we had some miscommunication beforehand.
Accepted my custom order and made a beautiful 3D print of a Phoenix within a week. Very friendly people.
I ordered a mini here a while ago, but unfortunately it arrived broken, after sending some pictures of the defects, a new model was sent to me. the quality of the print is really fantastic and it fits perfectly with the service they offer (fantastic ofcourse!)!
The Minis that I ordered here are of very good quality. Communication with the seller is fast and smooth. The only point that I have experienced (once) is that the delivery is sometimes unclear, it could be due to DHL or somewhere earlier in the chain, I dare not say.
Very well solved by the seller, he came by by bike to personally deliver my Mini. That's dedication!
By the way, I'll pick up my order next time. For mini prints I think better and for myself also seen that it is faster than any other type of mail delivery :)
Yes you read it correctly above, "next time". They are that good.
In the beginning there were some frictions about the communication, Jelle explained this later and apologized that it took a little longer.
The print itself is of high quality, well painted and Miniprints makes a big leap as a start-up.
