I suddenly see a lot of dissatisfied customers through google and honestly do not understand where that comes from. I myself went in October after many years without a visit to the dentist and was a bit scared. Everyone was very nice to me, kind and patient. Although the dentist is still not my favorite place, I really like it here! Suspect that the negative comments below are people who get excited about writing bad reviews.

I am a new customer at Dental Clinics. I went to a dentist for crown treatment. After the treatment I saw a lot of alginate (impression material) on my chin and neck. I asked the dentist, she said I have to clean it myself at home😳. I have asked few other dentists and dental technicians from friends and family. They say it cannot and that it is not normal. The dentist, after I had passed on to reception, called me and told me that she doesn't want to sit at the customer and that it is not her job. The dentist refused to accept and hung up the phone🤔 Immediately I canceled and unsubscribed the next appointment.

Bad practice, if you have other options don't sign up here !. My partner has misplaced a filling. He had a lot of trouble with it, but according to dentist Elise of this practice, there was nothing wrong, while our new dentist immediately saw in the photos that the filling was not right. When I called about it, no apologies were made, and the employee seemed uninterested. They were only willing to look at the misplaced refill if they themselves thought, from the photos, that it had been misplaced. In addition, I have asked for our files by email and by phone, so that we can forward them to the new dentist, but even something so simple seems to be very complicated at this practice. Again, choose another practice if feasible, with personnel that do keep appointments and dentists who are experts.

My sister-in-law who does not speak the language well last year during the first visit 'forced' to pull two wisdom teeth to unpleasant consequences. She was there alone. There was still a bit of tooth left. Couldn't find them. Everything infected. It was only later discovered by another practice. Forced to take pictures with my mother. She came for a painful tooth, but got iron things pushed into another tooth with a lot of pulling and pushing. Now she has two painful molars. And I on my first visit what just had to be a check, I had nothing, they took pictures while they did not ask me or let alone tell why. That was also done with a lot of pushing and pulling. I didn't even know they were going to take pictures. I never had to take photos. Then it was nice to pay the bill.

Since the acquisition this has really not benefited the service. The bills are incorrect by default (it is always corrected after calling) and both me and my wife have been helped unkindly several times. I experienced something again today. Scheduled with an employee who could not help me afterwards, fortunately corrected but annoying again. Finally fantastic help from Abbigail! If I could judge her alone, this was certainly 5 stars!
