Very pleasant service.
The scale I wanted was not available, but in less than a week they found the item I wanted.
Fast delivery and very well packaged.
The IONIS brand handpan is pleasant to play. The sound is clear and the clicks are clear: it is a good instrument for fast playing, in percussion.
The first Contact to your handpanshop ( I myself am in Germany / Hannover) was via the Internet.

appointments, visiting a shop where I was able to try out many different handpans extensivly. So I have
bought a Sync-Handpan (C#Amara 10) from you in Nederland in autumn 2019 and I am absolutely
thrilled ! Playing this handpan is addictive, it sounds really fantastic, which means I play it every day.
I have already used them at concerts, to the delight of my audience and for myself.

If you're every seriously considering getting a handpan, this should be the first place you should look
It can sometimes be difficult to find a nice handpan that really suits you and belongs to you. Watching handpan videos did not give me the real experience. I discovered the HandpanShop in Houten and I am so happy that I did! They make you feel at home and show you a great variety of handpans to choose from, by different makers and in different materials and scales. It was wonderful to hear, see and feel the handpans being played for me and then trying them out for myself. I found my own, very special handpan with the help the Handpanshop, whose love for the handpan is tangible! Highly recommended!
