Really nice staff member showed me around and told me about their covid rules, seemed very clean
The club is packed with people in the evening. But the worst thing is the 'klantenservice', when I have sent them a cancellation request, I got absolutely no response — but they would like to charge me on my bank account of course!
I had to keep paying, while I couldn't exercise. Despite corona, the gym wasn't clean before lockdown either. Plus it was almost always full and couldn't even book 9 out of 10 times because they just ran out of space. I have had to pay this gym for free all those months. Fortunately, I am no longer a member of your gym and you will never see me again. Also, I will advise all my friends and family members to stop with you because you are cheating people. Oh yes you are also very difficult to reach by phone. You hang up in the middle of a conversation. Not neat and very amateurish.
Very nice club, above cardio and machines and below weights.
Unfortunately, many people put their belongings in lockers without locking them. This means you have to open all the lockers until you find an empty one. Furthermore, it is spacious and the staff tidy up well.
