Buying your first home should be a joy in itself. Everything went well beforehand. they were easily accessible, informed. but then came the settlement. As far as we are concerned it went completely wrong. 3 months after buying our house we have a very bad aftertaste. in 1 week everything turned upside down: you think the weekend before drawing: we are ready before everything is arranged! We were also told. but then Friday afternoon, at the end of the day, came a game of panic football. things had not been arranged, we had to arrange insurance in a hurry that we did not know about and the key handover was suddenly unsettled. That this happens is 1, but that we ourselves also had to chase people is bad service as far as I am concerned. you pay a lot of money for that. signing was canceled on Monday, hopefully Wednesday. Wednesday was also canceled. in the end we only signed on Friday. The uncertainty we faced made buying our first home a nightmare. And the worst part is: The Emperor and Gelxpert kept pointing at each other and at the house building we bought the house from, but we as the buyer were the victims. and then that week of tension is over, then you might expect another phone call, a flower, I know a lot. nothing at all. that gives the feeling of: top, pockets are filled, file closed, on to the next. We no longer arrange our next home through the Keizer.
