Nice shop where you are recognized as a customer.
You will be helped in a pleasant way.
Bought a ticket at the fedex, I went in here and was allowed to borrow their pen for a while. That was nice.
At the (post) desk I gave the card, Mister (with a stern face) surprised me with his question;
"And ... how much does the ticket cost ?!" ..
I thought I heard wrong. "..what do you say, sir?"
(harder) .. "and ... How much does the ticket cost ?!"
Sooo .... definitely many bad experiences this store experienced.
Maybe it was early, 9:45 am. I wasn't expecting sorry from him, but I don't think he should remain friendly. That's a pity.
