I visit the practice for the first time, after it has been taken over by a new dentist. I have had a half-yearly check. At the end I am told that I can possibly have my front tooth whitened, because I am dead this would not be painful because my tooth is dead. I think yes I will find it quite pleasant because it is my front tooth, so visible to everyone. I then search the internet for how much this would cost me. I am not told this. Through my health insurance I find out that internal bleaching is reimbursed for 75%. I think ooh then the costs are not too bad. they loosen my bracket and then attach it again. Only 37.33 was charged for this. This is not reimbursed by the health insurance. now a part is still loose. When I first called what these costs were for, I would be called back with more information. I will be called back once and I am just not available. I call back the same day and get oldenzaal on the line, the lutte is not available I would be called back. 2 weeks later I have not been called back. I call again and I get the oldenzaal on the line, because the lutte is not available. So I would not be helped again. After being put on hold for a moment I suddenly get someone on the phone without an announcement. This indicates that the dentist has been lenient with charging for the treatment. I would calculate the price of bleaching a tooth for your image. I have paid 151.85 in total for whitening a tooth! Hiervan was reimbursed the majority for 75%. Overall, the dentist received roughly 440 euros for this. In my opinion I think this is way too much money and I feel cheated, especially in the way I have been treated. I have not been informed in advance about the costs and afterwards the only thing I hear is if you are not satisfied you can come back. yes hahaha and then pay another 50 euros. Never had problems with the previous dentist, but I find this very unfortunate. I earn 10 euros in the hour. I feel like I have been working for free for 15 hours now. In addition, I was not well helped by the operator and I feel approached like a number. I leave your opinion on this to you.
