The notary Arthur Kok is biased and unhelpful. He wrongly charges a lot of costs to customers. If he is addressed about his mistakes, he does not care because the customer is not important to him but the money. For a small amount, he runs the risk of ending up with the disputes committee. Money is more important to him than his reputation, service and the customer. I do not advise anyone to do anything with him because he is not reliable.
