Several years ago we had our general terms and conditions drawn up by Erik Nijhoff of Spoor & Hoekman Advocaten. We have enjoyed many benefits from this to this day. I am pleased that we have engaged an expert party for this.

Nijhoff is the curator of my partner. Thinks in extremes and assumes the worst in every person. Does not communicate and incurs unnecessary costs because he lacks the necessary human knowledge. Uses illegally obtained evidence and feels god almighty in his position. I had to file a complaint with the Bar Association. This is still being processed at the time of writing. My overall experience of this office is that the reception depends on the person behind the counter. Have sympathy for Hoekman. Also think that a line-up like this lawyer has done a lot more than the aggressive, almost autistic, rigid method of his colleague, who breaks a lot.
