On Saturday I called the breakdown service because of a broken pipe of the heating. He assessed by telephone that they cannot do anything for me in the weekend. I would be called back Monday. Unfortunately I heard nothing more. So I called another one! Today (Thursday) I was called back ..... well I could not hide any cynicism!
